Enzo Kana-Biyik is reportedly flying to Manchester on Wednesday, with the teenage forward preparing to sign his contract with Manchester United.
The 18-year-old is contracted to Le Havre until the end of June, but it is understood that his representatives have already communicated to the French club that he will not be signing a fresh deal.
A number of clubs are said to have been tracking the striker, but Man United appear to be in pole position to land a player who has scored nine times and registered one assist in 15 appearances for Le Havre at youth level.
According to journalist Benjamin Quarez, Kana-Biyik is set to fly to the United Kingdom on Wednesday with a view to signing his contract, so an announcement from the 20-time English champions could be imminent.
The Paris-born forward has been on the Le Havre bench twice during the 2024-25 campaign, including against Lille in February, but he has not made a senior appearance for the French outfit.

Kana-Biyik 'set to sign' Man United deal on Wednesday
According to Le Parisien, it is expected that Kana-Biyik will spend next season with Lausanne Sport, who are also owned by Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS company, with the teenager set to be exposed to first-team football.
Man United allegedly believe that a season at senior level would be more beneficial than allowing him to develop with the youth team at Old Trafford.
Ratcliffe has moved the club's transfer policy in a new direction since his arrival as a minority shareholder, with young players being targeted rather than established stars who command high fees.
Sekou Kone, Ayden Heaven and Chido Obi are early examples of how INEOS have adopted a long-term approach, with the trio already showing their immense potential for the club since arriving.
That said, the 20-time English champions are still planning to spend big money during this summer's transfer window, with Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Matheus Cunha viewed as a leading target for the club.
