Manchester United have supposedly rekindled their interest in Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa as they continue to scope out possible replacements for Andre Onana.
The Cameroon international could do nothing about Pablo Sarabia's free kick in Sunday's 1-0 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers, but he has continued to make comical errors in his second season at the club.
Such mistakes very nearly proved fatal against Lyon in the Europa League quarter-finals, only for Man United to pull off a tremendous turnaround and reach the semi-finals with a 7-6 aggregate victory.
Onana is expected to continue as Ruben Amorim's number one for the remainder of the season, as Altay Bayindir has also failed to convince in between the posts, but the Red Devils have been tipped to sign an upgrade this summer.
Man United were formerly heavily linked with Portugal's Costa before replacing David de Gea with Onana, and according to Record - via Sport Witness - the Red Devils are now back in for the Porto man after a 'scouting mission'.

The 25-year-old now wears the captain's armband for the Primeira Liga giants, and the report claims that Man United sent a representative to watch him in Europa League action in the week.
Costa did not enjoy the finest audition, though, conceding three times to Roma as Porto bowed out of the competition with a 4-3 aggregate defeat to Claudio Ranieri's side, who are also said to be running the rule over him.
The 25-year-old is only under contract with Porto for another two seasons, raising the prospect of a summer sale if the Portuguese titans cannot tie him to an extension in the coming months.
However, Costa still has a hefty release clause of €75m (£64.3m) in his Porto deal - according to Transfermarkt - and such a fee would make him the second-most expensive goalkeeper of all time behind £72m Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The Portugal international has represented Porto his entire career and now boasts 82 clean sheets in 195 appearances for the Dragons, as well as 16 shut-outs in 34 games for his national team.

Unless Porto agree to either waive Costa's release clause or accept a reduced sum, it is difficult to envisage Man United forking out £60m+ in their current financial state.
However, the Red Devils are not thought to be short of alternative options, and they are now rumoured to have made contact with the representatives of Brighton & Hove Albion's Bart Verbruggen.
Lille's Lucas Chevalier, Burnley's James Trafford, Blackburn Rovers' Aynsley Pears and Espanyol's Joan Garcia have been mooted as potential targets too, but Man United will face stiff competition from Arsenal for the latter.
Amorim's side - who are guaranteed to finish the season with their worst-ever Premier League points total - are back in action against Bournemouth on Sunday, four days before the first leg of their Europa League semi-final away to Athletic Bilbao.
