Sunday's Premier League predictions including Tottenham vs. Newcastle

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Tottenham vs. Newcastle.

Everton vs. Chelsea (Sunday, 2.00pm)

With their heads now above water, Everton seek a third successive Premier League victory when Chelsea make the trek to Goodison Park for Sunday's intriguing contest.

Sean Dyche's side cruised past Newcastle United 3-0 on Thursday evening, one day after the Blues' inconsistency continued in a 2-1 loss to Manchester United.

We say: Everton 1-1 Chelsea

With a permeable backline and wholly inconsistent attack, Chelsea certainly do not head to Merseyside as the favourites, especially given their recent unsuccessful travails at Goodison Park too.

Hopes of a third successive victory are not totally unfounded for the Everton faithful, but on this occasion, we can envisage the two clubs cancelling one another out as Chelsea's indifferent streak continues.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Fulham vs. West Ham (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Having both marched to impressive victories in the midweek round of fixtures, Fulham and West Ham United seek to prolong their respective feel-good factors in Sunday's clash at Craven Cottage.

The hosts put five past Nottingham Forest in an attacking masterclass on Wednesday, while the Irons came from a goal down to inflict a 2-1 defeat on Tottenham Hotspur a day later.

We say: Fulham 1-2 West Ham United

Having found their best shooting boots again, Fulham fans have every right to expect another goal-laden affair at Craven Cottage, especially given West Ham's tendency to ship goals away from home.

While neither backline should emerge unscathed, the Irons have been in stellar form both continentally and domestically and boast the fourth-most goals on the road in the Premier League this term, so we still have faith in Moyes's charges to continue their golden run and give the Cottagers a bit of a reality check.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Luton vs. Man City (Sunday, 2.00pm)

After both suffered excruciating one-goal losses in midweek, relegation-threatened Luton Town and a faltering Manchester City will square off at Kenilworth Road on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League.

The Hatters fell victim to a sensational Arsenal comeback in a 4-3 defeat to the league leaders, while the reigning champions deserved nothing against Aston Villa and got exactly that in a 1-0 beating.

We say: Luton Town 0-3 Manchester City

While Luton command immense respect after putting three past Arsenal, they had Raya's error-strewn display to thank for two of those strikes, and a wounded Man City are often an impossible beast to tame.

A well-rested Rodri normally spells success for Guardiola's men, and in spite of the Hatters' commendable efforts at Kenilworth Road thus far, they should put up little resistance on Sunday.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Spurs vs. Newcastle (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Champions League outsiders Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United will both be aiming to rectify their midweek mistakes when they square off in Sunday's Premier League showdown in North London.

The Lilywhites made unwanted Premier League history in a 2-1 home defeat to West Ham United on Thursday evening, where their visitors were stunned 3-0 by relegation-battling Everton.

We say: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Newcastle United

Tottenham's lack of ruthlessness was evident against West Ham, but there was little that Postecoglou could have done about a double deflection or poor Udogie backpass for both of the Irons' goals, and the hosts have a golden opportunity to reignite their attacking fire this weekend.

As the injuries pile up for a Newcastle side who have not travelled well all season - nine goals shipped in their last four road contests attests to that - Tottenham can lift their home hoodoo and glean revenge for last season's beatings at the hands of the Magpies, who should still be backed to give Spurs a good run for their money either way.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
