Liverpool wing wizard Mohamed Salah has unsurprisingly stormed to the Premier League Player of the Season prize in the 2024-25 Sports Mole Readers' Awards.
The 32-year-old elevated his game to new heights as Arne Slot's men achieved title glory, equalling the record for the most goal contributions in a Premier League campaign with a phenomenal 47.
Salah struck 29 goals of his own while laying on 18 assists in 2024-25, also becoming the first player to win the PL Player of the Season, Golden Boot and Playmaker Award in one campaign.
It will therefore come as no surprise to learn that the Egypt international comfortably clinched the Sports Mole Readers' Award, taking the prize with almost two-thirds of the vote at 66.1%.
Newcastle United's Alexander Isak was his closest challenger, but even he only claimed 13.9% of the vote, while Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice finished in third place with 9.4% of the nominations.
Another six players shared the final 10.6% of the vote, but Salah's status as the best in the land was never in question, and Reds fans can look forward to at least another two years of Egyptian excellence following his contract extension.
