Manchester United are working towards the 2025-26 Premier League campaign, which begins for them at home to Arsenal on the opening weekend of the new season.

The Red Devils are looking to move on from what was a disastrous 2024-25 season, and there is no question that head coach Ruben Amorim is under pressure to deliver in the coming campaign.

Man United have made four signings so far this summer, with Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo the standout arrivals, having joined from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Brentford respectively.

Diego Leon has also made the switch from Cerro Porteno, and the indications are that the 18-year-old will be a part of the first-team squad at Old Trafford next term.

Enzo Kana-Biyik is a player for the future, though, and he has been sent on an immediate loan to Lausanne Sport.

Man United could sign as many as three more players before the end of the transfer window, but their immediate focus is on departures, with Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia all set to leave.

Marcus Rashford has now departed, with the England international making an initial loan move to Barcelona, although the deal could become permanent during next summer's transfer window.

Jonny Evans, Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof, meanwhile, all saw their contracts expire this summer.
