West Ham United endured a rough and turbulent 2024-25, slipping down to 14th place in the Premier League having achieved a ninth-placed finish in 2023-24.
The Hammers were looking forward to the campaign after appointing Julen Lopetegui to replace David Moyes in the summer, but went on to replace the Spanish manager with former Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea boss Graham Potter in January.
The club's situation only marginally improved under his leadership, and they picked up a mere 23 points during the 19 games he was in the hotseat.
As attention turns to Potter's first full season at the London Stadium, the Irons will be desperate to better their lowest finish for five years by recruiting from the transfer market.
Jean-Clair Todibo's loan move to West Ham has now been made permanent, with the Hammers paying in excess of £36m to sign the centre-back from Nice.
Daniel Cummings has also arrived at the London Stadium on a free transfer, while El Hadji Malick Diouf has made the switch to the club from Slavia Prague, with the defender a £19m addition.
West Ham have managed to bank £55m during this summer's transfer window, meanwhile, with Mohammed Kudus making a controversial switch to Tottenham Hotspur.
Kudus struggled to show his best form for the Hammers last season, and he has now made the switch to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
West Ham are currently building towards their 2025-26 Premier League opener against Sunderland, while they will also tackle Chelsea and Nottingham Forest before the end of August.
More signings are expected to arrive before the end of the transfer window, while there will also be further exits, as Potter looks to put his stamp on the squad.
Here, Sports Mole follows each of the Hammers' incomings and outgoings during the 2025 summer transfer window.
