Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Bournemouth could line up for Saturday's Premier League showdown with Aston Villa.

Bournemouth wing wizard Antoine Semenyo should make a swift return to the starting XI when the Cherries host Aston Villa in Saturday evening's Premier League showdown at the Vitality Stadium.

The Ghana international was dropped to the bench for last weekend's trip to Arsenal but made a telling impact as a substitute, as his long throw landed on the head of Dean Huijsen to score the equaliser in a famous 2-1 win.

Furthermore, Dango Ouattara picked up a groin injury at the Emirates, and while the severity of his problem has not been revealed, it would be a shock not to see Semenyo come straight back into the XI in his teammate's place.

The much-coveted latter would join Justin Kluivert, Marcus Tavernier and Evanilson in an otherwise unchanged attack; the latter boasts six direct goal contributions from his last eight Premier League games, after registering just five in his first 20.

Further back, Tyler Adams and Lewis Cook's midfield partnership will be unbreakable so long as Ryan Christie is out with a groin complaint, although some care must be taken over Cook following his ankle problem.

Alex Scott is therefore waiting in the wings if need be and actually replaced Julian Araujo last weekend, but Iraola is unlikely to consider any alterations to his midfield or defensive pack.

As a result, Araujo should keep Adam Smith at bay again, while Ilya Zabarnyi and the in-demand Huijsen and Milos Kerkez protect Kepa Arrizabalaga as ever.

Bournemouth possible starting lineup:
Kepa; Araujo, Zabarnyi, Huijsen, Kerkez; Adams, Cook; Semenyo, Kluivert, Tavernier; Evanilson
