Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham United.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou should not shy away from making several changes to his lineup for Sunday's Premier League London derby with West Ham United.

The Lilywhites have bigger fish to fry after beating Bodo/Glimt 3-1 in the first leg of their Europa League semi-final, putting them well on course to meet either Athletic Bilbao or Manchester United - likely the latter - in the showpiece event.

However, success did not come without sacrifice in midweek as James Maddison and Dominic Solanke both picked up injuries in the second 45, while Lucas Bergvall was seen on crutches after hurting his ankle in training.

Postecoglou expects Bergvall to miss the remainder of the season, while further assessment is needed on Solanke and Maddison, but the pair should join Son Heung-min (foot) and Radu Dragusin (ACL) on the sidelines for now.

With Son and Solanke stricken, Richarlison and Mathys Tel - who both played 45 minutes on Thursday - could work in tandem in attack, most likely with Wilson Odobert filling in for Brennan Johnson.

Maddison's absence opens the door for Dejan Kulusevski to occupy the most advanced role in midfield, where Pape Sarr and Yves Bissouma - who shone on Thursday - should also operate.

Archie Gray is an alternative option in the centre, but the teenager could instead be fielded at right-back in a new-look backline also comprising Kevin Danso, Djed Spence and Ben Davies.

Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup:
Vicario; Gray, Danso, Davies, Spence; Kulusevski, Sarr, Bissouma; Odobert, Richarlison, Tel
