Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is allegedly attracting interest from a London club ahead of the summer transfer window.
Having failed to impress Ruben Amorim prior to the turn of the year, Rashford was loaned out to Aston Villa in a bid to kick-start his career.
As it stands, the temporary switch has proven to be a success, the England international contributing four goals and six assists from his 17 appearances in all competitions.
Although Villa are focused on finishing in the top five of the Premier League table and winning the FA Cup, club officials will already be contemplating whether to activate the £40m buy option that they possess for Rashford.
According to Football Insider, a potential Premier League rival for next season is monitoring the situation in the event that Rashford remains available.

Spurs to rekindle Rashford interest?
The report suggests that Tottenham Hotspur remain open to the possibility of acquiring the 27-year-old's signature ahead of 2025-26.
Spurs showed preference to signing Bayern Munich youngster Mathys Tel on loan in the winter transfer window, rather than step up their pursuit of Rashford.
That is said to be the decision of head coach Ange Postecoglou, who may be sacked from his role regardless of whether Spurs win the Europa League.
As such, a scenario could play out where Spurs switch their attention to Rashford if they opt against activating their own buy option for Tel.
Tel has chipped in with just three goals and one assist from his 14 outings for Spurs in all competitions, far below the level produced by Rashford at Villa Park.

Is Villa move inevitable?
Unai Emery has previously insisted that no decision will be taken on Rashford until the end of the season, when Villa are aware whether they have qualified for a European spot and in what competition.
Nevertheless, with the money generated from Jhon Duran's sale in January, it would come as a surprise if they do not take the chance to sign Rashford for £40m, particularly when the player himself seems settled.
Furthermore, Rashford could have reservations about joining a Spurs outfit that may face another transitional period under a different manager.
From Man United's perspective, a sale feels inevitable given they require funds to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Matheus Cunha for £62.5m.
