Sports Mole provides everything you need to know about how to watch Sunday afternoon's Premier League match between Ipswich Town and West Ham United.

Playing for pride at the end of disappointing campaigns, Ipswich Town and West Ham United lock horns in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The Tractor Boys and the Hammers know their fates ahead of the new season, and here Sports Mole provides details of how to keep up with events at Portman Road this weekend.

What time does Ipswich Town vs. West Ham kick off?

Ipswich and West Ham will begin their battle of East Anglia at 4pm on Sunday afternoon, at the same time as the other nine matches in the Premier League.

The Tractor Boys last played on a Sunday at Portman Road back in April, when Champions League-bound Arsenal secured a convincing 4-0 success.

Where is Ipswich Town vs. West Ham being played?

Portman Road is the destination for this final-day clash between the Tractor Boys and the Hammers, who will conclude a sobering campaign in East Anglia.

The visitors will be looking to avoid a repeat of their most recent trip to Ipswich in January 2012, when the hosts won 5-1 during a Championship meeting.

TV channels

Unfortunately for supporters of both teams, Ipswich and West Ham's match is not being shown on live TV in the UK.

Sky have opted to show Liverpool vs. Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest vs. Chelsea, while TNT Sports are broadcasting Manchester United's home match against Aston Villa.

Online streaming

Ipswich vs. West Ham will not be shown on any paid online streaming services, although fans with memberships to their respective clubs can listen to live commentary through their team's websites.

Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday programme will cover the event with commentary from a former player, while clubs and journalists' social media accounts will provide live updates from inside Portman Road.

Highlights

Highlights of the East Anglian contest will be posted to the Sky Sports Premier League YouTube channel shortly after the full-time whistle.

Both clubs are expected to release extended highlights of the match, whilst supporters can tune into the highlights on BBC's Match of the Day programme at 10.30pm on Sunday night.

What is at stake for Ipswich Town and West Ham?

In terms of divisional status, all has already been decided for Ipswich and West Ham, with the former preparing for life in the Championship.

The Tractor Boys could potentially move up to 18th with a victory this weekend, whilst the Hammers could finish anywhere between 14th and 17th.

Who will win Ipswich vs. West Ham?

With a poor record at Portman Road, Ipswich might not be able to handle the attacking talent of West Ham, given that Potter opts to start his best talents.

The East Anglians are likely to be sent packing to the Championship holding another loss, with the Hammers enjoying only their 11th Premier League success of the term.

Prediction: Ipswich 1-3 West Ham
