Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim said that "there will be some changes" when asked about the expected arrival of Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the near future.
The Red Devils have allegedly agreed to meet the terms of Cunha's £62.5m release clause, and with personal terms already being agreed, the expectation is that the 20-time English champions will complete a deal for the Brazilian in the near future.
Man United will reportedly be expected to pay the full fee for Cunha over a two-year period, and the club are currently believed to be setting up a medical, with the transfer potentially becoming official next week.
Amorim was asked about the forward during his press conference on Wednesday, with the Portuguese speaking to the media after a shock 1-0 defeat to ASEAN All-Stars in a post-season friendly.
"You have to wait for that for the next season. It's something for you guys, also to take the opportunity as it's your time, but I will not confirm anything. I have no news. We will see but there will be some changes," he told reporters.

Man United 'set' to complete £62.5m deal for Cunha
Cunha enjoyed an outstanding 2024-25 campaign for Wolves, scoring 17 goals and registering six assists in 36 appearances in all competitions, including 15 goals and six assists in the Premier League.
Arsenal had also been credited with an interest in the 26-year-old, but Man United appear to have won the race, with the Brazilian making it clear that he wanted to make the switch to the 20-time English champions.
Cunha is expected to play in one of the number 10 spots in Amorim's 3-4-3 system, with a new centre-forward also set to arrive, which could lead to Rasmus Hojlund leaving during the summer market.
Hojlund only managed 10 goals for the Red Devils last season, and he again struggled against ASEAN All-Stars, playing the opening half of the contest in Malaysia.

Amorim expecting struggling Hojlund to improve next term
When asked about Hojlund on Wednesday, Amorim said: "Sometimes, you can overthink the situation. Sometimes, you go to holidays and arrive on the first day now to start for a new season and even the environment in the changing ground can help a player get a different confidence.
"That is our expectation. Like I said, if you look at all the data, we have improved in the last games but we have a lack of goals. We will try to assess that and be prepared for that first game in the Premier League."
Hojlund continues to be linked with a switch to Serie A, with Juventus and Napoli among the clubs said to be interested in the Denmark international.
Man United's leading centre-forward target this summer is thought to be Ipswich Town's Liam Delap, who has a £30m release clause in his contract, but Chelsea are also battling to secure a deal for the Englishman.
