Manchester United are reportedly prepared to join the race to sign Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo this summer.
The Red Devils are keen to strengthen their attacking options after netting just 42 goals in 35 Premier League games this season.
In fact, they have failed to score in 13 of those top-flight matches - only Leicester City, Everton and Southampton have failed to score in fewer games this term.
Man United have identified Matheus Cunha as a potential option to bolster their threat in the final third, with the Red Devils said to be closing in on signing the Wolverhampton Wanderers forward.
It now appears that Man United could make an attempt to bring in Cunha and another Premier League attacker during the summer transfer window.

Man United enter Mbeumo race
According to The Telegraph, the Red Devils are set to join the race to sign Brentford's Mbeumo, who has been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle United.
Man United view Mbeumo as one of their top transfer targets, with the 25-year-old set to attract significant interest at the end of the season.
Mbeumo is set to enter the final year of his Brentford contract, although there is an option for the club to extend his deal by a further 12 months.
There is a belief that the Bees will demand around £60m to part ways with one of their most prized assets this summer.
Brentford head coach Thomas Frank recently opened the door to Mbeumo's potential sale when he admitted that the Bees are a "selling club".

Why are Man United chasing Mbeumo?
Mbeumo has scored 68 goals and provided 50 assists in 239 competitive appearances since joining Brentford in the summer of 2019.
The winger has been in fine form during the 2024-25 campaign, racking up 18 goals and seven assists in 35 Premier League matches.
Mbeumo is arguably one of the most underrated attackers in the Premier League, but that could change if he gets the chance to shine at a big club like Man United.
The 25-year-old would have to slightly adjust from his usual right-wing position to operate in Ruben Amorim's 3-4-2-1 system.
Mbeumo would likely be used as one of the two number 10 roles, which could give him the freedom to roam and have a greater impact in the final third.
