Sports Mole looks at how Brentford could line up for their Premier League home clash with Everton at the Gtech Community Stadium on Wednesday.

Illness to Christian Norgaard could force Brentford manager Thomas Frank into one enforced change for the visit of Everton in the Premier League on Wednesday.

Norgaard was forced off at the interval at the King Power Stadium on Friday night, not long after scoring their third goal in a convincing 4-0 win over Leicester City, with Frank keeping his fingers crossed that he will be able to name an unchanged side.

If Norgaard is absent though, fellow Dane Mathias Jensen will also not be available to take his place, as he is out for the next month due to an adductor injury.

The midfield duo could therefore be sidelined along with long-term absentees Aaron Hickey, Rico Henry and Josh Dasilva, who are all not expected to return for another number of weeks.

Igor Thiago made his debut in the reverse fixture, after missing the first three months of the season with a knee injury, but he has now missed another three months with a problem in the same area, and he is still yet to return to training.

The hosts will hope Sepp van den Berg's knee injury is not as serious, but he missed the win over Leicester after being forced off in their win at West Ham United.

Ethan Pinnock's return was therefore well timed, as he took the place of the young Dutch centre-back, and should partner Nathan Collins at the back once more.

There is no question that the Bees' clinical front two will maintain their places in the side though, especially after returning to the scoresheet in the thumping win over the Foxes.

Yoane Wissa was left frustrated after seeing two goals disallowed in the win at West Ham, but he broke the deadlock early on at the King Power, ending a four-game run without a goal for the DR Congo international.

Wissa's partner-in-crime Bryan Mbeumo also scored his first open-play goal in seven matches with a wonderful whipped effort that doubled their lead soon after, and both will be hungry for more here, sitting near the top of the Premier League scoring charts.

Brentford possible starting lineup:
Flekken; Ajer, Pinnock, Collins, Lewis-Potter; Janelt, Norgaard; Mbeumo, Damsgaard, Schade; Wissa
