Manchester United have confirmed that Victor Lindelof, Jonny Evans and Christian Eriksen are leaving the club on free transfers.
All three were involved in Sunday's Premier League clash against Aston Villa, with Lindelof playing the full 90 minutes of what proved to be a 2-0 victory, while both Evans and Eriksen featured off the bench at Old Trafford.
Eriksen made it a memorable finish to his Man United career, as he scored from the penalty spot late on, and the Denmark international revealed shortly after the match that he would be leaving on a free transfer at the end of June.
"It's the best way possible with the season in mind. It was good to finish off with a bit of a smile on people's face and give something back to the fans," the experienced midfielder told BBC Sport.
"On the pitch, Bruno [Fernandes] was asking if I was going to take the penalty. I said no and that I'll give it to Jonny [Evans]. But Jonny didn't want to take it. It was a nice gesture. Bruno is the number one and he decides. And luckily he gave it to me today. It was a good way to see it off.
"Wednesday was a big blow. To lose a final is never nice. But we showed character to bounce back and finish the season with a smile and to give something to us and the fans.
"My time here has been really special. There has been some good moments and bad moments. I like the pressure to be able to play for a club like United. It's been a special three years.
"The next chapter starts with a bit of a holiday and then go with the national team and then another holiday. Then we will see where we are going to play football."

Eriksen, Evans, Lindelof are leaving Man United on free transfers
Eriksen has signed off at Man United with a record of eight goals and 18 assists in 107 appearances, and he is being followed out of the door by Lindelof and Evans, with all three only having contracts with the 20-time English champions until the end of June.
"Manchester United have confirmed that Victor Lindelof, Jonny Evans and Christian Eriksen will leave the club at the end of the season," read a statement from Man United after the clash with Villa.
"Everybody at United thanks Victor, Jonny and Christian for their contributions during their time at Old Trafford, and wishes them the best of luck for the future."
Lindelof has made 284 appearances for Man United, and he is understood to have interest from the Premier League, in addition to various clubs in Spain and Italy, with the Sweden international unlikely to be short of offers.
As for Evans, the 37-year-old has made 241 appearances for the Red Devils across two spells, but he struggled with injury problems this season and is widely expected to soon announce his retirement from professional football.
Tom Heaton is the fourth first-team player out of contract at Man United next month, but the expectation is that he will sign a new deal to remain with the club for a further 12 months.
