The Blue Lightnings enjoyed a shock success in Istanbul last time out, whilst the Falcons were forced to share the spoils at home versus Kasimpasa.

Finishing fourth in the Super Lig as recently as 2023, Adana Demirspor have suffered a severe fall from grace both on and off the pitch, with Saturday night's hosts set for a saddening relegation to the second tier, cut adrift from the other 18 teams in the division.
That being said, there was a glimmer of sunlight for the Blue Lightnings last weekend, when a last-minute strike from Abat Aimbetov sealed a 3-2 success at the base of Conference League-chasing Istanbul Basaksehir, bringing a staggering 18-match winless streak to a dramatic end.
Despite halting a run of nine straight top-flight defeats last time out, Adana Demirspor are still rock bottom of the Super Lig standings with one match remaining of the 2024-25 campaign, clutching at just a single point following a 12-point deduction for the club earlier in the term.
Unsurprising for a side rooted to the foot of the rankings, the Blue Lightnings have struggled enormously on their own patch this season, winning just one of their 17 home Super Lig matches, with that solitary triumph arriving against Turkish giants Besiktas back in December.
A shining star for Adana Demirspor throughout a 2025 which has yielded just the single top-flight victory so far, Yusuf Barasi will fancy his chances of earning a Super Lig transfer during the summer trading point, with the 22-year-old netting eight goals across 30 appearances during 2024-25.

Gaziantep's 2024-25 campaign has all-but petered out ahead of this weekend's final-day trip to Yeni Adana Stadium, with Saturday night's visitors extending their winless run in the Super Lig to six matches after a frustrating draw with Kasimpasa last weekend during gameweek 35.
It appeared as if the Falcons were cruising towards their first victory since the middle of April when goals from Alexandru Maxim and Badou Ndiaye fired the hosts ahead during the first half, but Kasimpasa produced a second-period comeback, with Mamadou Fall and Nuno da Costa finding the net.
Collecting just two points across their last six top-flight battles, Gaziantep have slumped down to 13th in the Super Lig table ahead of Saturday's trip to Adana Demirspor, seven points above the bottom four and only three points behind Goztepe and Kasimpasa in eighth and ninth respectively.
The Falcons would be fighting for their top-tier lives if the rankings were determined purely on away form, with this weekend's visitors earning 10 points from 17 Super Lig outings this season - only Hatayspor (9), Sivasspor (8) and Adana Demirspor (8) have collected fewer on their respective travels.
A rather rogue addition from second-tier Cremonese in Italy, David Okereke has enjoyed a productive temporary spell with Gaziantep during the 2024-25 term, netting eight goals in 30 appearances after failing to regularly find the net for the likes of Torino in Serie A last season.

Adana Demirspor are without the services of Osman Kaynak, who was sent off after 45 minutes into the victory over Istanbul Basaksehir last time out.
The Blue Lightnings' options at the back are further reduced by the absence of Andrew Gravillon, who suffered a serious knee injury in December.
After navigating the majority of his debut Super Lig campaign smoothly, Salih Kavrazli is now sidelined until next season owing to a ligament injury.
Out of action due to an issue in the same part of the body, Gaziantep's Godfrey Stephen has not featured in a competitive fixture since August.
The Falcons will be forced into an alteration of their centre-back pairing, with Semih Guler picking up a suspension-inducing yellow card versus Kasimpasa last weekend.
Adana Demirspor possible starting lineup:
Donmezer; Fougeu, Ersoy, Demirkiran, Burak, Fidan; Maestro, Aydogan, Balat; Alioui, Barasi
Gaziantep possible starting lineup:
Bagci; M'Bakata, Kizildag, Artan, Husic; Soyalp, Ndiaye, Sorescu, Maxim, Kozlowski; Boateng
We say: Adana Demirspor 1-2 Gaziantep
After a surprise success on the road last time out, Adana Demirspor are aiming for consecutive wins for the first time since October 2023.
It is hard to imagine the division's whipping boys managing such a feat, with Gaziantep likely to earn a morale-boosting victory on the final day.
