Manchester United are allegedly prioritising the sales of Marcus Rashford, Antony and Jadon Sancho during this summer's transfer window.

Manchester United are reportedly prioritising the sales of Marcus Rashford, Antony and Jadon Sancho this summer, as the Red Devils look to raise valuable funds to boost their squad for the 2025-26 campaign.

Ruben Amorim's side, as it stands, are believed to have a transfer budget of just shy of £100m, and the bulk of that could be spent with the expected arrivals of Matheus Cunha and Liam Delap from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town respectively.

Any further arrivals will seemingly depend on outgoings, and according to the Manchester Evening News, the club's main focus at this moment in time is to negotiate the exits of Rashford, Antony and Sancho.

Aston Villa will have the chance to sign Rashford on a permanent basis for £40m this summer, but it is understood that the club are yet to decide whether to bring the England international to Villa Park on a long-term deal.

Rashford made the move to Unai Emery's side on loan in January, and he has represented the club on 17 occasions, scoring four goals and registering six assists during a successful period.

Man United 'prioritising Rashford, Antony, Sancho exits'

Villa allegedly do not have first option on Rashford, though, and Barcelona have an interest in the 27-year-old, who has scored 138 goals and registered 77 assists in 426 appearances for Man United.

Antony, meanwhile, has excelled on loan at Real Betis, scoring eight goals and registering five assists in 24 appearances.

The 25-year-old will allegedly be available for £32.5m, but it remains to be seen whether Real Betis can afford him, with the club missing out on the chance to qualify for the league phase of the 2025-26 Champions League.

As for Sancho, Chelsea have an obligation to buy the former Manchester City youngster for £25m this summer, but it is understood that the Blues could pay a £5m penalty to not sign him permanently.

Even if Chelsea send him back to Man United, there is no future for Sancho at Old Trafford, and both Bayer Leverkusen and Fenerbahce are believed to be keeping a close eye on the 25-year-old, who has four goals and 10 assists in 39 matches for the Blues this term.

Which other players will leave Man United this summer?

Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof are both set to be released by Man United when their contracts expire at the end of June.

Tom Heaton is likely to pen another contract, but the expectation is that experienced centre-back Jonny Evans will retire, as he has struggled with injuries throughout the 2024-25 campaign.

Tyrell Malacia - on loan at PSV Eindhoven - can also leave, while Andre Onana, Casemiro, Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund are all thought to be available this summer.

Bruno Fernandes has also offered to leave Man United during this summer's transfer window, with Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Hilal said to be determined to sign the Portugal international.

Man United will conclude what has been a hugely disappointing 2024-25 campaign with a home Premier League fixture against Champions League hopefuls Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon.
