A struggling Premier League club are reportedly weighing up an approach for Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
The Republic of Ireland international has come through the academy system to make a total of 67 appearances for the Merseyside giants in all competitions.
As many as 24 clean sheets have been recorded during that time, yet the 26-year-old is aware that this campaign is highly likely to be his last at Anfield.
Kelleher has just over 12 months remaining on his contract and has no intention of entertaining a renewal having failed to dislodge Alisson Becker from the number one spot.
That has led to Kelleher being prepared to consider his options, aware he will not be short of offers at a time when Liverpool can ill-afford to risk losing a homegrown talent on a free transfer.

Which Premier League club has joined Kelleher race?
According to The Sun, West Ham United have identified Kelleher as a potential addition during the summer transfer window.
The Hammers dropped into 17th position in the Premier League table over the weekend courtesy of their 2-1 defeat to, of all teams, Liverpool.
While there is no danger of relegation, Graham Potter is facing the prospect of an extensive rebuilding job at the London Stadium.
Several areas of the pitch will be strengthened, likely ahead of the goalkeeping position, yet the Englishman and the club's recruitment team are seemingly contemplating their options.

Why may West Ham change goalkeepers?
West Ham currently have Alphonse Areola and Lukasz Fabianski competing one position between the sticks, the former regarded as first choice.
However, while the France international has just four clean sheets from 21 Premier League games during 2024-25, Fabianski is now 39 years of age and will eventually need to be replaced.
Therefore, Liverpool's alleged asking price of £20m for a goalkeeper in his mid-twenties is going to appeal to a club such as West Ham.
That said, Kelleher will only switch to the East Londoners if he is to be regarded as a regular starter, something which may be questionable unless Areola leaves West Ham.
