Leicester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested in signing former Liverpool and Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The 31-year-old is currently plying his trade at Besiktas, although the player has struggled for regular first-team minutes this season under a former manager.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has featured in just six Turkish Super Lig contests during 2024-25, starting twice, totalling 170 minutes of action in the top flight.
There has been a glimmer of hope for the midfielder's future at the Istanbul side in the form of a managerial change, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer joining the club.
The ex-Manchester United boss handed Oxlade-Chamberlain his first start of the calendar year on Sunday afternoon, when Besiktas shared the points with Antalyaspor.

Leicester, Wolves fighting for Oxlade-Chamberlain signature?
Despite being in favour with Solskjaer at Besiktas, it appears as if Oxlade-Chamberlain could be heading towards an exit, according to The Sun.
The report claims that Oxlade-Chamberlain has his heart set on a move back to England before the conclusion of the winter transfer window.
It is understood that Premier League duo Leicester and Wolves are both keen on securing the services of the 35-time England international.
As well as top-flight admirers, Championship leaders Leeds United are also said to be pushing for the signature of Oxlade-Chamberlain before the February 3 deadline.
With over 300 appearances at the top level of English football under his belt, the 31-year-old is admired by the Foxes and the Wolves as they both look to avoid relegation.

Who needs Oxlade-Chamberlain the most?
It is not contentious to say that a fully-firing Oxlade-Chamberlain would be quite the addition for Leeds, who are competing in the second tier of English football.
However, the former Champions League winner has plenty of pedigree and might not fancy a move down to the Championship when top-flight offers are on the table.
Conceding an eye-watering 52 goals across 23 Premier League matches this term, Wolves are arguably in greater need of further defensive reinforcements before the February 3.
