Cristiano Ronaldo will leave Manchester United this summer if the Red Devils fail to secure a spot in next season's Champions League, according to a report.

Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly leave Manchester United this summer if the Red Devils fail to qualify for next season's Champions League.

Ralf Rangnick's side are currently seventh in the Premier League table, five points behind fourth-placed West Ham United with two games in hand on the Hammers.

However, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also in the running for a top-four position, and sixth-placed Spurs have two games in hand on Man United.

According to The Sun, Ronaldo's representatives have made it clear to senior figures at Old Trafford that the Portugal international will be on the move this summer if there is no Champions League football on offer at the club during the 2023-23 campaign.

The report claims that the 36-year-old is concerned that he could end his career without more trophies due to Man United's current issues.

Ronaldo, who has a contract in Manchester until June 2023, has scored 14 times in 21 appearances for the 20-time English champions since his return to the club from Juventus.

The Portuguese has missed Man United's last two games against Aston Villa through injury but is back in the squad for Wednesday's Premier League clash with Brentford.
