Celtic have reportedly joined Leicester City in the race for Crystal Palace defender Jeffrey Schlupp.
The 32-year-old is currently on loan at the Scottish giants, who lost the Scottish Cup final to Aberdeen on penalties at Hampden Park on Saturday afternoon.
Schlupp spent the second half of the 2024-25 campaign at Celtic Park after struggling for opportunities at the base of Crystal Palace under Oliver Glasner.
The left-back missed out on being part of the Eagles' first-ever major triumph, beating Manchester City in the FA Cup final earlier this month.
That being said, Schlupp is not short of success during his career to date, winning the Premier League with Leicester under the tutelage of Claudio Ranieri.

Leicester, Celtic to race for Schlupp services?
According to Football Insider, Leicester are plotting a swoop for the signature of former Foxes star Schlupp ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
Set to be under tight financial restrictions in the Championship, the East Midlands outfit are supposedly targeting the 32-year-old as a cost-effective option.
Schlupp's contract terms at Crystal Palace expire at the end of this month, meaning that he will be available on a free transfer over the summer.
Leicester have company in their pursuit of the defender, as per Sky Sports News, who claim that Celtic are considering a permanent move for the player.
The Bhoys are sweating over the left side of their backline with Greg Taylor to yet commit his future to the Scottish Premiership winners.

Leicester's Championship campaign
Hit with a fresh breach of Profit & Sustainability Rules (PSR), Leicester are said to be expecting at least a six-point deduction at the start of next season.
Such a sanction makes their mission of achieving an immediate return to the Premier League even more challenging during the 2025-26 term.
Schlupp would add plenty of experience to the Leicester ranks, but the return of the left-back is hardly a signing that would excite Foxes supporters.
