Saturday's La Liga predictions including Athletic Bilbao vs. Villarreal

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's La Liga fixtures, including Athletic Bilbao vs. Villarreal.

Valencia vs. Mallorca (Saturday, 1.00pm)

Seeking to end their run of five La Liga matches without a win, Valencia welcome Mallorca to the Mestalla on Saturday lunchtime.

The visitors, meanwhile, have also been struggling in recent weeks and have lost each of their last three away games in the top flight by an aggregate score of 9-2.

We say: Valencia 2-0 Mallorca

Both sides faced difficult fixtures last weekend, but can head into Saturday's game with more confidence of claiming a victory.

Luis Garcia has not won any of his previous five meetings with Jose Bordalas, and we expect this run to continue as Valencia will likely have too much quality for Mallorca at the Mestalla.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Cadiz vs. Alaves (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Two teams struggling at the wrong end of the table lock horns in La Liga on Saturday, as Cadiz welcome Alaves to the Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla.

Just two wins and 10 points have been claimed by these two sides combined so far this campaign, fewer than each of the top 13 clubs in the division.

We say: Cadiz 2-1 Alaves

Both Cadiz and Alaves have struggled defensively so far this term so we expect goals at both ends of the pitch on Saturday, as the two sides aim to claim a much-needed victory.

However, the hosts look stronger in the final third and we can see them coming away with all three points at the Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or draw.

Elche vs. Espanyol (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Espanyol will be looking to claim their third successive La Liga victory when they travel to Elche on Saturday evening.

The hosts are yet to lose on home soil so far this campaign, while the visitors have failed to win any of their opening four league matches on the road.

We say: Elche 1-2 Espanyol

A closely-fought contest between two evenly-matched teams is set to be played out at the Manuel Martinez Valero, and both sides will be confident that they can come away with all three points.

Although there is little to separate the two teams, Espanyol head into this fixture with better form and we can see them edging out their opponents on Saturday.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Athletic Bilbao vs. Villarreal (Saturday, 8.00pm)

After 22 days without competitive football, Athletic Bilbao are back in La Liga action on Saturday night when they host Europa League holders Villarreal.

The Lions have won two of their last three home matches without conceding, while the visitors are one of three Spanish top-flight sides who are yet to lose on the road so far this season.

We say: Athletic Bilbao 1-1 Villarreal

After over three weeks without a game, Athletic Bilbao will be fresh and fully prepared for Saturday's encounter against Villarreal, who in stark contrast will have only had a few days rest before they make the trip to San Mames Barria.

Nevertheless, we feel that the Yellow Submarine are strong enough to come away with at least a point, with another score draw potentially on the cards for Emery's men.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.
