Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will have Thomas Partey back at his disposal for Saturday's Premier League contest with Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.
The Ghana international was a huge miss on Tuesday night as Arsenal lost 1-0 to Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final, taking his seat on the naughty step due to suspension.
Partey will now be welcomed back to the team with open arms, but the same cannot be said for Arsenal's six injury victims in Riccardo Calafiori (knee), Kai Havertz (hamstring), Jorginho (chest), Gabriel Jesus (ACL), Gabriel Magalhaes (hamstring) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (knee).
Arsenal would have had three full days of rest in between Tuesday's loss and Saturday's fixture and will have another 72 hours to recuperate before the second leg with PSG, but a handful of changes can still be expected.
Bringing in Ben White and Oleksandr Zinchenko are obvious alterations for the Arsenal boss to make, as Jurrien Timber and Myles Lewis-Skelly are encased in bubble wrap ahead of next week.
A well-rested Partey will no doubt return to anchor the midfield, thus allowing Declan Rice to stretch his legs in his favoured number eight role as Mikel Merino returns to his makeshift number nine spot.
Ethan Nwaneri could provide support to the Spaniard if Arteta deems Bukayo Saka worthy of a break, while the in-form Leandro Trossard - who boasts four goals from his last four Premier League appearances - should win the left-wing shootout against Gabriel Martinelli.
Arsenal possible starting lineup:
Raya; White, Saliba, Kiwior, Zinchenko; Odegaard, Partey, Rice; Nwaneri, Merino, Trossard
