Sunday's only match in MLS this weekend will feature the Seattle Sounders, who will seek to remain unbeaten at Lumen Field in the 2025 regular season when they host Minnesota United.
Seattle moved up to fourth in the Western Conference table thanks to a 1-0 win over San Diego, putting them a point behind the Loons for third, with the latter playing to a 0-0 draw at the Vancouver Whitecaps.

Since early April, the Sounders have been steadily climbing up the Western Conference standings, suffering just one defeat in their last nine league fixtures.
Brian Schmetzer's men have won their last four league contests at home, collecting a clean sheet on three of those occasions.
Dating back to 2024, the Rave Green have earned points in 11 consecutive MLS matches played in Seattle, suffering just one defeat at Lumen Field in the competition since last May.
The Sounders are undefeated domestically in 2025 when they net the opening goal, dropping points only once at home in that scenario (a 2-2 draw with Charlotte FC).
They have not lost a home game in this competition when scoring multiple times since Sporting Kansas City beat them 3-2 in August 2019.
In their 10 previous home games against Minnesota, Seattle have emerged victorious every time, without a goal conceded in six of those instances.

Just like the Sounders, Minnesota United have been relatively consistent over the past few weeks, suffering just one defeat in their last eight competitive fixtures.
That said, Eric Ramsay's team have dropped points in their previous two league contests, one short of their longest winless run in MLS this year.
Four times domestically in 2025 the Loons have failed to find the back of the net away from home, though they have only suffered two defeats as the visitors, the joint second-fewest in the Western Conference.
Minnesota United have dropped six points in league play this year when scoring first but have never lost a match this season when doing so.
So far this year, they have conceded a mere 14 goals after 16 league contests, the second fewest in the Western Conference, maintaining four clean sheets as the visitors.
The Loons have 27 points after 16 matchdays in MLS this season, two fewer than they had at this stage of the 2024 campaign.

In mid-week, the Sounders were missing Jordan Morris and Yeimar Gomez Andrade, who were dealing with hamstring strains, while Paul Arriola sat out with a knee injury.
Jesus Ferreira scored just before the half-hour mark on Wednesday, while Stefan Frei stopped seven San Diego efforts for his second successive domestic clean sheet.
A leg injury kept Kipp Keller out of the Loons' lineup versus Vancouver, and he remains questionable for this upcoming encounter.
Dayne St. Clair made three stops in that midweek affair for Minnesota to collect his fourth clean sheet away from home in MLS this year.
Seattle Sounders possible starting lineup:
