Locked together on points in the League of Ireland Premier table, Bohemians and Derry City will meet at Dalymount Park on Friday night.
Both sides were beaten last week, ending a positive run of results, but they now resume their battle for European qualification.
We say: Bohemians 1-1 Derry City
All the indicators point to a close-fought contest in Phibsborough, where win-or-bust Bohs have either won or lost this season.
The north Dublin club could record their first draw of the 2025 campaign, though, as Derry have enough grit and nous to leave with a point.

Cork City vs. Shelbourne (Friday, 7.45pm)

Reigning League of Ireland champions Shelbourne make the trip to Turners Cross to face Cork City on Friday night.
Despite winning the title last year, a repeat looks unlikely, but this will still be an important game in Shelbourne's pursuit for European qualification.
We say: Cork City 1-2 Shelbourne
Shelbourne may not be hitting the same heights as last season, but they are well in the hunt for European football, and they should have too much here for a Cork side battling relegation.
The hosts have lost four successive league matches, and even though they are finding the net with regularity, they have been incapable of transferring that into many points.

Waterford vs. Drogheda (Friday, 7.45pm)

Drogheda United will look to claim back-to-back victories when they travel to the Waterford Regional Sports Centre for Friday's meeting with Waterford United.
The visitors occupy second place in the League of Ireland Premier Division, while the hosts are currently operating in eighth position.
We say: Waterford United 1-1 Drogheda United
Drogheda may have gotten the better of Waterford in April's home fixture, but they have failed to win any of their last four away league games, and with that in mind we think the visitors will have to settle for a point in Friday's away clash.

Sligo vs. St Patrick's (Friday, 7.45pm)

With the threat of relegation growing more serious by the week, Sligo Rovers will hope to beat visitors St Patrick's Athletic on Friday at the Showgrounds in their 18th League of Ireland game of 2025.
The hosts are last in 10th place with just 12 points and are 10 points and two places from automatic safety, while their opponents are fifth with 26 points following their 2-2 draw with Waterford United on May 23.
We say: Sligo Rovers 1-1 St Patrick's Athletic
Both teams have struggled at the back in recent weeks, and it is difficult to see either side keeping a clean sheet.
Considering St Patrick's Athletic's form on the road has been poor, Sligo Rovers have a good chance to add to their points tally.

Shamrock vs. Galway United (Friday, 8.00pm)

Shamrock Rovers will be bidding to post a sixth straight victory when they continue their League of Ireland Premier Division campaign with a home fixture against Galway United on Friday night.
Rovers are top of the League of Ireland Premier Division table, collecting 35 points from their 18 matches this term, while Galway occupy seventh, picking up 23 points from their opening 17 games of the campaign.
We say: Shamrock Rovers 2-0 Galway United
Shamrock Rovers have won each of their last three league games in front of their own fans, keeping a clean sheet on each occasion, and we are backing that run to be extended on Friday night courtesy of a routine success over Galway United.
