Aston Villa midfielder Boubacar Kamara is reportedly attracting interest from the Saudi Pro League.
Since arriving in the West Midlands from Marseille on a free transfer in 2022, Kamara has established himself as a key player.
A total of 97 appearances have been made in all competitions, the 25-year-old having also accumulated five caps with France.
However, with two years remaining on his contract, it comes as no surprise that admirers are beginning to circle for his signature.
According to Foot Mercato, Al-Hilal are interested in signing Kamara and are prepared to hand him a substantial wage rise.
With the transfer deadline ahead of the Club World Cup having now passed, any move may be put on hold until the conclusion of the tournament in the United States.
From Villa's perspective, though, they allegedly have issues with the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability regulations and are more likely to sell before the end of June than after it.
Heitinga to use Slot relationship?
Meanwhile, new Ajax head coach Johnny Heitinga is seemingly open to using his relationship with Liverpool boss Arne Slot.
Heitinga has just left the Premier League champions for the Dutch giants, his aim being to deliver an Eredivisie title for a team that has just blown a sizeable lead when on course for the trophy.
According to Soccer News, there is interest in signing Liverpool goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros on a loan deal for the 2025-26 campaign.
The Czech Republic international is currently in line to stay as third choice with Giorgi Mamardashvili backup to Alisson Becker.
However, there is a need for him to play regular football having been restricted to one start and one substitute outing last season. Prior to that, the 23-year-old played 21 times for Sturm Graz in the previous season.
As it stands, it has been suggested elsewhere that Liverpool will only consider permanent offers.
Newcastle offer chance to sign England international
Newcastle United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign AC Milan defender Fikyao Tomori.
With 177 appearances and a Serie A title to his name, Tomori is well-liked at San Siro and he could prove to be an important member of the squad under Massimiliano Allegri.
Nevertheless, according to Chronicle Live, the England international is one of several players that have been offered to Newcastle.
The former Chelsea defender is said to be open to returning to the Premier League and a switch to St James' Park would prove to be an attractive option.
Eddie Howe has a preference for signing players who can be deployed in more than one position, Tomori fitting the bill at right-back and centre-back.
Much may depend on Milan's asking price, but the Italian giants have missed out on European football for 2025-26 and may need to react accordingly.
