Sports Mole looks at how Chelsea could line up in Sunday's Premier League fixture against Aston Villa.

Graham Potter will likely make changes to his Chelsea starting lineup for the meeting with Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon.

Although the newly-appointed head coach has been required to negotiate a hectic schedule since the start of October, the Blues travel to the West Midlands having won their last three matches in all competitions.

Chelsea face Villa, Brentford and Manchester United in the space of less than a week, and alterations will need to be made on a game-by-game basis.

With Reece James having sustained a knee issue at San Siro, Cesar Azpilicueta is likely to be recalled at right wing-back, but Ben Chilwell may retain his place on the opposite flank to give him more time to recover for the United game.

Despite N'Golo Kante suffering a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury, Potter is blessed with options in midfield, which could lead to Ruben Loftus-Cheek or Conor Gallagher being handed an opportunity alongside Mateo Kovacic.

While Kovacic could drop down to the substitutes' bench instead of Jorginho, Potter is unlikely to start the Croatia international in each of the three games, it potentially making sense for him to be named as a replacement versus Brentford.

Mason Mount only played 45 minutes against Milan and should keep his spot in the final third, creating a scenario where Christian Pulisic may replace Raheem Sterling having remained as an unused substitute in the victory over the Italian giants.

As with Chilwell and Kovacic, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may be rested against Brentford, which should lead to the in-form striker keeping his spot in the centre of the attack for this contest.

Chelsea possible starting lineup: Arrizabalaga; Chalobah, Silva, Koulibaly; Azpilicueta, Kovacic, Loftus-Cheek, Chilwell; Mount; Pulisic; Aubameyang
