Wednesday's Scottish Premiership predictions including Celtic vs. Hibernian

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Scottish Premiership fixtures, including

Aberdeen vs. Kilmarnock (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Looking to produce a rare maximum following a disappointing result last time out, an out-of-form Aberdeen will welcome Kilmarnock to Pittodrie Stadium on Wednesday night in the Scottish Premiership.

The Dons were unable to get anything from a trip to the capital on Sunday afternoon, while Killie extended their winless run with a defeat against top-three chasing Hearts on Saturday.

We say: Aberdeen 2-1 Kilmarnock

Despite failing to win in their last five matches, Aberdeen have produced decent displays against Rangers and Helsinki during the past fortnight, so the Dons should be confident of collecting the points on Wednesday.

Kilmarnock are notoriously poor on their Premiership travels, meaning we are predicting McInnes's return to Pittodrie to be an unhappy one for those of a Killie persuasion.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Celtic vs. Hibernian (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Aiming to preserve their unbeaten status at the beginning of the domestic term, league leaders Celtic will welcome an in-form Hibernian to Celtic Park on Wednesday night in the Scottish Premiership.

The Hoops responded to another Champions League defeat by earning maximum points at St Johnstone on the weekend, while Hibernian continued their positive momentum with a success over Aberdeen.

We say: Celtic 3-0 Hibernian

Celtic were relatively close to an embarrassing slip-up at McDiarmid Park on Sunday, and the home supporters will not accept a similarly sluggish start from the Bhoys on Wednesday night.

Hibernian got away with handing Aberdeen a host of clear-cut chances last time out, but we feel that Montgomery's men will be punished for their defensive vulnerabilities at Celtic Park.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

St Johnstone vs. St Mirren (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

St Johnstone and St Mirren will both be attempting to turn around their recent form after losing consecutive Scottish Premiership games heading into Wednesday night.

The two teams are at opposite ends of the table with the visitors sitting in fourth place, meanwhile, the hosts will be attempting to get out of the relegation zone.

We say: St Johnstone 1-1 St Mirren

While St Mirren might head into this match with the belief that they can get back to winning ways here due to the league position of the two teams, it is unlikely to be as simple as that.

Each team has a lack of confidence right now after some difficult results, and that could allow St Johnstone to take a point from the game.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Hearts vs. Rangers (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

It is a top-of-the-table clash in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday night as second-placed Rangers will make the trip to face Hearts, who sit just one place below them.

Each team heads into the game on the back of victories at the weekend, and will be aiming to continue putting pressure on the current league leaders Celtic.

We say: Hearts 1-2 Rangers

Rangers have proven to have Hearts' number so far this season when they have met, and that is something that could continue in midweek.

The Gers are in the midst of a fantastic run of form, and the confidence that they are playing with will likely be the difference maker.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
