Sports Mole looks at how Manchester United could line up in Friday's FA Cup clash with Everton.

Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag is expected to make changes to his starting XI for Friday's FA Cup third-round contest with Everton.

The Red Devils will again definitely be missing Axel Tuanzebe due to a long-term issue, while Donny van de Beek will be absent due to the serious injury that he suffered against Bournemouth on Tuesday night.

Jadon Sancho also remains a doubt due to his ongoing fitness problems, while Antony is battling to overcome the issue that forced him to miss the game with Bournemouth.

Anthony Martial was substituted in the second half of Tuesday's 3-0 victory, but Ten Hag said after the match that the centre-forward should be available to take on the Toffees.

Diogo Dalot and Lisandro Martinez both made their returns against Bournemouth, with the pair featuring for the first time since the 2022 World Cup.

The duo are expected to come back into the starting XI, with Raphael Varane also set to return, so Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof are likely to drop out.

Alejandro Garnacho is also expected to start, although his playing time could depend on Antony's fitness.

Scott McTominay is available again following illness and will be in Ten Hag's thoughts, but Casemiro, Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes are all likely to retain their spots.

Manchester United possible starting lineup: De Gea; Dalot, Varane, L Martinez, Shaw; Casemiro, Eriksen; Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford; Martial
