Tottenham Hotspur reportedly sent scouts to watch Adrien Rabiot and Pedro Goncalves during the Europa League clash between Sporting Lisbon and Juventus on Thursday.

Tottenham Hotspur were among a number of Premier League clubs who reportedly sent scouts to watch Adrien Rabiot and Pedro Goncalves this week.

The pair faced each other during Sporting Lisbon's Europa League tie with Juventus on Thursday, with Rabiot getting on the scoresheet for the Italian side.

Other clubs including Liverpool, Aston Villa and Newcastle United were also said to be present, with Marcus Edwards also on the radar of English clubs.

A report from 90min claims that Rabiot is attracting interest particularly from Spurs and Liverpool, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.

Rabiot recently said that he will wait until the summer to decide his future in Turin, keeping his options open amid interest from the Premier League.

Villa have been linked with Goncalves for a while, but may face competition from Spurs and Liverpool for the midfielder who scored a stunning halfway-line goal against Arsenal in Europe last month.
