Team News: One change apiece for Czech Republic Under-21s, Germany Under-21s

Czech Republic Under-21s and Germany Under-21s make one change apiece ahead of their Euro 2015 Group A decider in Prague.

Czech Republic Under-21s manager Jakub Dovalil has made one change ahead of his side's Euro 2015 Group A decider against Germany Under-21s in Prague.

Striker Vaclav Kadlec, sidelined with ankle ligament damage following the hosts' 4-0 win over Serbia, makes way for Michal Travnik.

Meanwhile, Germany boss Horst Hrubesch has also made just one tweak to his starting XI as midfielder Leonardo Bittencourt comes out in place of left-back Christian Gunter.

A point is enough for Germany to progress to the last four, while the Czech Republic must win to clinch a semi-final berth. If the hosts lose, they will be knocked out.

Czech Republic: Koubek, Kalas, Hybs, Kaderabek, Brabec, Frydek, Travnik, Kliment, Skalak, Petrak, Zmrhal

Germany: Ter Stegen, Korb, Ginter, Heintz, Gunter, Can, Kimmich, Younes, Meyer, Schulz, Volland
