London Broncos have signed Matt Davies and Ben Grey on one-year deals from the Rugby Football League's Midlands Regional Academy.
The teenage duo will link up with the club's Under-19s next season as the Broncos prepare for life in the Championship following relegation from the top tier.
"The feedback from Under-19s coach Danny Ward is that they have been well coached over the past two years in the Midlands Academy environment," head coach Joe Grima told the Broncos' official website.
"Not only do the lads demonstrate the personal characteristics that we require as a club moving forward, they also have the desire and ability to learn and improve. The players have made a remarkable rate of progress considering the small numbers of years they have been playing the game.
"Not only does this demonstrate the potential they have for future development when considering their training age but also shows that talent does exist outside traditional rugby league areas. The RFL should be applauded for the creation of the regional academies."
Broncos ended their Super League stay with a 46-36 defeat against fellow relegated outfit Bradford Bulls last weekend.
