Track all of Stoke's 2025 summer transfer activity, including confirmed signings, player departures, latest rumours and squad updates.

Stoke City narrowly survived their tumultuous Championship campaign in 2024-25, and fans were faced with a rollercoaster of emotions when the club sacked manager Steven Schumacher just five games into the season before also parting ways with his replacement Narcis Pelach in December, appointing current boss Mark Robins on New Years Day.

Robins would go on to steer the Potters out of the relegation zone, though the battle persisted all the way to matchday 46, when they ended the season 18th in the Championship table with 51 points, just two above 22nd-placed Luton Town, who were demoted to League One.

With the aim of achieving stability in the second tier in 2025-26 - looking to climb away from the drop zone - Stoke have to be active in the transfer window in order to equip the head-coach that saved them from the drop with a squad capable of competing week-in week-out at a much higher level.

Here, Sports Mole follows all of Stoke's summer transfer incomings and outgoings.
