Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion

Tottenham Hotspur's Sergio Reguilon is in line to start at left wing-back for their Premier League encounter against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday lunchtime.

The Spaniard is set to replace Matt Doherty, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury which he sustained in the first half of Spurs' 4-0 win at Aston Villa last weekend.

Antonio Conte will also be without Japhet Tanganga and Oliver Skipp, who continue to recover from respective knee and groin injuries.

Aside from the potential inclusion of Reguilon, Conte is unlikely to make any changes to his starting lineup, which is set to include in-form attacking trio Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski.

Since the start of 2022, no Premier League players have contributed more goals and assists than Kane (15), Son (13) and Kulusevski (nine).

In midfield, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are expected to continue, while Emerson Royal is set to keep his spot at right wing-back.

Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Ben Davies are seemingly the three preferred centre-back options for Conte, with Davinson Sanchez and Joe Rodon set to begin on the substitutes' bench once again this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son
