A report claims that Sunderland boss David Moyes wants to bring Manchester United attacker Adnan Januzaj to the Stadium of Light on loan.

Sunderland boss David Moyes is reportedly interested in signing Manchester United attacker Adnan Januzaj on loan.

Moyes officially took charge of the Black Cats on Saturday morning and has already been linked with a swoop for Man United striker Will Keane as he looks to his former club for fresh blood.

According to the Daily Mail, Moyes is preparing to enquire about the availability of Januzaj, who is currently with the Man United squad on their pre-season tour of China, but will be back in Europe before the end of the month.

Moyes handed Januzaj his full Man United debut in 2013 and the Belgium international impressed under the Scottish manager during the 2013-14 season, making 35 appearances in all competitions.

The 21-year-old only made seven appearances for the Red Devils last term, however, in addition to an unsuccessful loan spell with Borussia Dortmund, where he failed to win a regular first-team spot.
