A report claims that West Bromwich Albion want to sign Werder Bremen youngster Florian Grillitsch at the end of the season.

West Bromwich Albion are reportedly interested in signing Werder Bremen midfielder Florian Grillitsch.

The 20-year-old, who joined Bremen in 2013, has made 22 appearances for his German club in all competitions this season.

Bremen currently sit 14th in the Bundesliga table, however, just one point outside of the relegation zone.

It is understood that Grillitsch will seek pastures new if his club are relegated this season and according to reports in Germany, West Brom are confident of signing the youngster for a cut-price fee in the summer transfer window.

A number of other European clubs are also said to be monitoring developments.
