Rom forward Tammy Abraham says that "he feels good" when he is linked with other top European clubs, admitting that it makes him feel like "he is doing something right".

Roma forward Tammy Abraham has revealed that he is happy to see his name linked with other top European clubs.

The former Chelsea man has impressed during his first year at Stadio Olimpico, contributing 15 goals from his 30 appearances in Serie A.

Abraham's form has inevitably resulted in speculation regarding a return to the Premier League with Manchester United said to be monitoring the situation.

While Roma are unlikely to contemplate a sale this summer, the 24-year-old has admitted that he "feels good" to see his name associated with other clubs, using it as recognition that he is performing to a high standard for the Italian side.

Speaking to talkSPORT, Abraham said: "When I see reports linking me with other clubs it makes me feel good, it makes you feel like you're doing something right. It's a nice feeling seeing your name all over newspapers.

"But for me it's about focusing on doing my business here. I can keep getting linked with many clubs but who knows what the future holds? Of course I grew up in England, I'm a London boy. So maybe one day I'll be back in the Premier League to make noise there.

"But for me right now it's about focusing on Rome, on doing the best I can and hopefully winning these guys a trophy which they haven't done in many years."

Although Chelsea are said to possess a buy-back clause, that does not become active until the end of next season.
