Antonio Conte sets out a number of conditions for taking the Tottenham Hotspur job, according to a report.

Antonio Conte is reportedly interested in becoming Tottenham Hotspur's new manager, but has set out a number of conditions for joining the club this summer.

Spurs, who are seeking a replacement for Jose Mourinho, have allegedly been in contact with Conte, with the 51-year-old out of a job following his exit from Inter Milan last month.

According to The Times, the Italian - formerly of Chelsea - is open to the idea of becoming the North London club's new head coach.

However, the report claims that Conte is demanding that Harry Kane, who has signalled a desire to move on in the upcoming market, stays at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The England captain will allegedly not make a decision on his future until after Euro 2020, but Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea continue to be linked with his services.

Conte is also said to be demanding a salary of £8.5m a season, while the Italian wants to know what the club's plans are in terms of potentially appointing a director of football to work alongside the head coach.

The former Italy boss led Chelsea to the Premier League title and FA Cup during his two-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
