Saturday's Premier League predictions including Man United vs. Man City

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's Premier League games, including Manchester United vs. Manchester City.

Old Trafford plays host to a highly-anticipated Premier League derby on Saturday lunchtime, as Manchester United welcome Manchester City to the Theatre of Dreams.

Two places and three points separate the bitter rivals in the table at present, with one manager certainly under more pressure than his counterpart this week.

We say: Manchester United 1-3 Manchester City

Had Eric Bailly not performed out of his skin in midweek, United could very well have shipped more against Atalanta, and the visit of another free-flowing attacking side in Man City spells trouble for Solskjaer and his depleted defence.

United's failures to keep the back door shut at home for the past six months have been alarming, and even though City have struggled for goals in recent derbies, we can only envisage the blue side of Manchester celebrating come the full-time whistle.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Brentford vs. Norwich (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Norwich City's search for their first win of the 2021-22 Premier League season will continue on Saturday afternoon when they make the trip to West London to take on Brentford.

The Canaries remain rock bottom of the table, having picked up just two points from their opening 10 matches, while Brentford sit 12th with 12 points to show from their first 10 games of the season.

We say: Brentford 2-1 Norwich City

Norwich can take confidence from Brentford's recent issues, but the Canaries are just such a difficult side to back considering their struggles this season. We are actually expecting this to be a relatively tight match in West London but have backed Brentford to return to winning ways ahead of the international break.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Chelsea vs. Burnley (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Chelsea will be bidding to make it eight straight wins in all competitions when they continue their Premier League campaign at home to Burnley on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues are currently top of the table, picking up 25 points from their opening 10 matches, while Burnley occupy 18th, having collected just seven points from their first 10 games of 2021-22.

We say: Chelsea 3-1 Burnley

Burnley are certainly a threat in the final third of the field, and we are expecting the visitors to get their name on the scoresheet at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea are flying, though, and we believe that the league leaders will continue their excellent start to the season by claiming another three points here.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Crystal Palace vs. Wolves (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton Wanderers will both endeavour to build on impressive victories in their most recent Premier League battles during Saturday afternoon's clash at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles came away from the Etihad Stadium with all three points on matchday 10, while Wolves prevailed 2-1 against Everton in Monday night's encounter.

We say: Crystal Palace 2-2 Wolverhampton Wanderers

An entertaining affair should be in store at Selhurst Park, with two sides enjoying rich veins of form locking horns and believing that they are equally capable of picking up all three points in the capital.

Vieira and Lage both have bright attacking contingents at their disposal, and given the respective home and away form of the two clubs, we can envisage an end-to-end affair ending with a share of the spoils.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Brighton vs. Newcastle (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Brighton & Hove Albion and Newcastle United will both be out to end respective winless runs during Saturday's Premier League clash at the Amex Stadium.

The Seagulls rescued a point in a 2-2 thriller with Liverpool last time out, while Graeme Jones's side went down 3-0 to leaders Chelsea.

We say: Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 Newcastle United

While Mwepu will surely never recreate his Anfield spectacular again in his career, there are goals to be had for this exciting Brighton side against a leaky Newcastle defence.

With the visitors unlikely to have a new manager in place for the weekend and struggling for inspiration in all corners of the pitch, we expect the Seagulls to regain some momentum with a hard-fought success.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
