Liverpool winger Luis Diaz has reportedly 'informed' the club that he wishes to leave Anfield this summer.
Bayern Munich and Barcelona are heavily interested in signing the Colombian winger, who has a contract at Anfield until 2027.
Díaz was outstanding for Arne Slot's side last season, scoring 17 goals in all competitions and helping the side clinch their 20th Premier League title.
According to Florian Plettenberg, the former Porto winger has not only informed Liverpool of his desire to leave but has also made it clear that he wants to join Bayern if possible.
The Sky Germany journalist claims that La Liga giants Barcelona are interested in signing the jet-heeled winger, but they would be unable to register him.
Bayern need to improve their offer for Diaz

Bayern reportedly submitted an offer worth €67.5m (£58.6m) for Diaz earlier this week, but it was quickly rejected, with Liverpool setting up a valuation of around €100m (£86.7m).
The Reds' stance throughout the summer has been that the player is not for sale, but they would be tempted to do business if Bayern (or any club) came close to their valuation.
Al-Nassr could be interested in signing Diaz, with Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly advising the club to make the Colombian their priority target. The Saudi Pro League club are the only side willing to match the Reds' asking price.
Bayern are desperate to sign a new winger this summer, and Vincent Kompany has given his approval for Diaz's potential transfer.
The Bavarian club, however, need to improve their offer to have any chance of signing the Colombian international.
Liverpool likely to continue their spending spree
The Reds have already signed Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez and Florian Wirtz, and are reportedly keen to land Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike.
It appears that Diaz wants to enjoy fresh challenges elsewhere, and Liverpool are unlikely to stand in his way if they receive a good offer for him.
The Merseyside club were previously linked with a move for Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon, and the Reds could reignite their interest in him should Diaz leave the club.
