Having won the 2024-25 Premier League title at a canter, Liverpool are not resting on their laurels, with the Reds embarking on one of the most ambitious transfer windows in modern memory.

Arne Slot's side have already brought in five new stars to bolster the ranks, including club-and-league-record signing Florian Wirtz and versatile right wing-back Jeremie Frimpong, who replaced Trent Alexander-Arnold after he was sold to Real Madrid ahead of the Club World Cup.

On the opposite flank, Milos Kerkez has joined the Merseysiders from Bournemouth, and as a result, it remains to be seen whether legendary left-back Andrew Robertson will stay at Anfield in 2025-26.

The Reds have also reinforced their goalkeeping department after Caoimhin Kelleher left for Brentford and both Harvey Davies and Vitezslav Jaros went on loan to find regular football, signing prospect Armin Pecsi and senior backup Freddie Woodman as replacements.

Despite their significant activity so far, CEO Michael Edwards and sporting director Richard Hughes are expected to keep the club agile in the market, with the likes of Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike and Los Blancos forward Rodrygo linked to big-money moves given the likely departures of Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz.
