Fulham are reportedly interested in signing Shanghai SIPG striker Asamoah Gyan on loan until the end of the season.

Fulham have reportedly earmarked former Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan as a potential signing this summer.

The 30-year-old currently plays for Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG, although he has seen his playing time reduced since the arrival of Hulk earlier this summer.

That has alerted Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic to the possibility of bringing the Ghana international to Craven Cottage on a season-long loan deal, according to Sky Sports News.

Gyan could reportedly fly in to undergo a medical later this week, although the forward's wage demands could be a sticking point in negotiations.

Speculation has recently suggested that Jokanovic is unhappy with the club's transfer business this summer and is considering walking away as a result.
