Former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo is reportedly being lined up by Premier League rivals Everton and Crystal Palace.

Everton have reportedly joined Crystal Palace in the race to snap up former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo.

The Portuguese's hugely successful four-season spell at Molineux came to an end last month in a decision described as "mutual".

Nuno took Wolves into the Premier League at the first attempt, before securing back-to-back seventh-placed finishes in the top flight, as well as guiding the club to the Europa League quarter-finals.

Palace announced the exit of Roy Hodgson at the end of last season and have since showed a strong rumoured interest in Nuno.

However, The Sun claims that the 47-year-old is now also wanted by Everton, who are also on the lookout for a new manager after Carlo Ancelotti returned to Real Madrid on Tuesday.

The same report indicates that Vitor Pereira, who spent three years with Shanghai SIPG before departing in 2020, is another option being considered by the Toffees.
