Bournemouth reportedly approach Aston Villa about a possible move for Jordan Veretout.

Bournemouth are reportedly one of three clubs to have made an approach for Aston Villa midfielder Jordan Veretout.

The 23-year-old is said to have told the Villans' new boss Roberto Di Matteo that he wants to leave following their relegation to the Championship.

According to Get France Football News, the Cherries, along with French outfit Lille and La Liga side Celta Vigo, have expressed an interest in the former France Under-21 international.

However, it is thought that a concrete offer is yet to be made by any of the parties and talks could "drag out throughout the summer window".

Veretout joined Villa from Nantes last summer.
