Experienced Japan international Keisuke Honda admits that he could leave AC Milan this summer after struggling during the 2015-16 campaign.

Keisuke Honda has admitted that he is 'unsure' whether he will leave AC Milan this summer.

The Japanese international, who joined Milan from CSKA Moscow in 2014, only managed one goal and three assists during a disappointing 2015-16 Serie A campaign at San Siro.

The 29-year-old only has one year left to run on his current contract and it is understood that Milan are prepared to cash in this summer rather than risk losing the attacker for nothing in June 2017.

"I've played for Milan for two-and-a-half years, but I'm not satisfied with my performance. I'm not sure Milan want to keep me, and I'm not sure I'll stay. I can't say what my future is right now," Honda told Sky Sports Italia.

Honda has netted 10 goals in 81 appearances for Milan.
