Warrington Wolves survive a late scare to beat Hull FC 7-6 in the Super League.

Warrington Wolves have scraped to a narrow 7-6 win away at Hull FC in the Super League.

Warrington scored their only try in the 26th minute, when hooker Darryl Clark collected an offload to score under the posts. They extended their lead late in the half when Gareth O'Brien kicked a clever drop goal to give them a seven-point advantage at the break.

Hull got themselves back into the match in the second half as winger Tom Lineham latched on to the end of a Marc Sneyd kick to cross the line in the corner.

However, their late pressure didn't pay off as Warrington secured a one-point win.
