Park Ji-sung plays in defeat for university side

Former Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung features in a 7-1 defeat for his De Montfort University side.

Former Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-Sung has represented his university side but he was unable to help them to victory.

The South Korean is currently at De Montfort University where he is studying for a Management, Law and Humanities of Sport degree, but the 35-year-old obliged when asked to play against a Vice-Chancellor's XI.

However, despite possessing the experience of a player who has won four Premier League titles and the Champions League, De Montfort suffered a 7-1 defeat.

Park announced his retirement from professional football in May 2014.
