Liverpool are handed a home tie against Leeds United in the quarter-finals of the League Cup.

Liverpool have been handed a home tie against Leeds United in the quarter-finals of the League Cup.

The Reds' fierce rivals Manchester United, who knocked out Manchester City in round four, will host West Ham United in the last eight of the competition.

Rafael Benitez's Newcastle United are the only other Championship side left in the cup, along with Leeds, and they will travel to Hull City in the quarters.

An all-Premier League meeting between Arsenal and Southampton at the Emirates Stadium rounds off the draw.

The matches will be played during the week of November 28.
