Ivan Perisic is reportedly prepared to force through a switch from Inter Milan to Manchester United, taking matters into his own hands by appointing a new agent.

Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic has reportedly found himself a new agent in an attempt to push through a summer transfer to Manchester United.

The Croatia international has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for the past two months after supposedly being earmarked by boss Jose Mourinho as a key player to help the club push on next season.

United are said to have been put off by Inter's hefty £44m valuation of the attacker, however, leaving Mourinho - with just the one arrival this summer - feeling frustrated by a lack of movement.

According to Goal.com, Perisic has now taken matters into his own hands after being left dissatisfied by former agent Tonci Martic's attempts to help thrash out an agreement between the two clubs.

It is claimed that Fali Ramadani has now been placed in charge of leading negotiations and has been told to take a more aggressive approach, using Inter's need to sell in order to meet Financial Fair Play commitments as leverage.

Perisic, under contract at San Siro until 2020, scored 11 times and registered eight assists in 36 Serie A appearances.
