Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt, Ayden Heaven and Diogo Dalot were all missing from Manchester United's training session on Wednesday, one week before the team take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final.
Man United will tackle Chelsea in the Premier League on Friday night before switching their full attention to the Europa League final, with the showpiece event taking place at San Mames on May 21.
Yoro limped off during Sunday's 2-0 defeat to West Ham United in the Premier League, and it remains to be seen whether the Frenchman is available for selection against Tottenham next week.
However, the 2024 arrival from Lille was not present during Wednesday's training session, while the same can also be said for De Ligt and Heaven, with the duo nowhere to be seen.
Dalot was on the grass, with the Portugal international having an individual training session, but he did not join the main group, and he remains a major doubt for the final due to a recent calf problem.

Man United yet to reveal extent of Yoro issue
Head coach Ruben Amorim will speak to the media on Wednesday afternoon, and he is expected to address his injured players, including Yoro, who would be a major loss for the Red Devils considering his recent form.
Jonny Evans and Toby Collyer were both able to take part in training, though, with the pair potentially being involved against Chelsea in the Premier League on Friday night.
De Ligt and Dalot have both been important players for the Red Devils this season, while Heaven has shown a lot of promise since his arrival from Arsenal, and his pace at the back has been missed.

How could Man United line up at the back if all four defenders miss out?
Victor Lindelof is set to leave Man United on a free transfer this summer, but the Sweden international has been an important player of late due to the team's defensive problems.
Should Yoro, De Ligt, Heaven and Dalot all be unavailable for the clash with Spurs, then there is a strong chance that Lindelof will feature in the back three alongside Harry Maguire and Noussair Mazraoui.
Luke Shaw is now fit and also provides an option in the back three, although he may be needed as a wing-back if Dalot is out, with Patrick Dorgu potentially featuring down the right.
Amorim is expected to name a youthful side against Chelsea in the Premier League on Friday evening, with no chances being taken on key players ahead of what is a gigantic contest for the team against Ange Postecoglou's side next week.
