Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart reportedly passes his medical ahead of a loan move to West Ham United.

Joe Hart is edging closer to a move to West Ham United after reportedly passing a medical.

It has been widely expected that the England international will leave Manchester City this summer after he was shipped out on loan last season.

Hart spent the 2016-17 campaign at Serie A club Torino after City manager Pep Guardiola made it clear that he would not be number one choice.

According to Sky Sports News, Hart will go out on loan once again, but this time at West Ham, who will have the option to sign him at the end of the campaign.

The 30-year-old has been at City since 2006 when he signed from Shrewsbury Town.
